Nancy Cruickshank, the managing director of The National Magazine Company Hearst Digital, has left to become the global chief executive of VideoJug, an online archive of "how-to" videos.
She had been in her role at Handbag.com, the women's portal, for six years before it was taken over by NatMags last year. She will be replaced by Alex Ballantyne, the founder and managing director of the NatMags-owned netdoctor.co.uk.
