The Week: Media News - Maxim loses Carat ads
Carat has pulled all advertising out of Dennis Publishing's Maxim. The agency's clients, which include the AA, Adidas and Smirnoff, will no longer feature in the magazine after this week's ABC results revealed a 44.5 per cent fall in circulation for the first half of 2008 to 43,542. The figures represent a year-on-year circulation decline of almost 60 per cent.
