The event was previously owned by One Life Events Ltd and has run for four years.
The move comes weeks after and it will now be integrated into The Vitality Show.
"By adding One Life Live to The Vitality Show it will strengthen the event's offering and add a new dimension for those seeking to pursue a new professional or personal goal," said One Life Live managing director Anna Preedy.
"By co-locating, the event exhibitors to One Life Live will still get everything that has made the show successful but in addition they will also get access to 36,000 new Vitality customers," she added.
