Volkswagen's latest campaign highlights the obstacles faced by Britain's entrepreneurs.

Comprising three spots, the campaign focuses on the importance of VW vans for small businesses across the UK.

"Ice snail" follows the impending doom experienced by a driver who suffers from a flat tyre on his way to deliver a giant snail ice sculpture to a wedding (standard, really), while in showery spot "Holiday", another driver struggles to work in favour of a luxurious massaging chair.

This marks Bartle Bogle Hegarty's first collaboration with VW since it was appointed the brand’s creative agency earlier this year. It was launched alongside out-of-home, digital and social activity highlighting the importance of VW vans to its customers.

The work was created by Guy Hobbs and Ben Edwards, and directed by Mike Maguire through Outsider. The media agency is PHD.
