VO5 is encouraging men to take care of their hair with an ad starring "head half full man" Terry.

The ad shows Terry as he gets a haircut. However, his "bit off the top" request doesn’t go to plan as he refuses to give his thinning hair a trim. It ends as the barber puts VO5 in Terry’s hair, prompting the tagline: "If you’ve got hair, care".

The TV ad launched on 8 May alongside digital and outdoor activity. It was created by John Trainor-Tobin and Clarissa Dale, and directed by Benji Weinstein through Smuggler. Media is handled by Mindshare.
