LONDON (Brand Republic) - French utilities and media company Vivendi is believed to be in talks to buy Scoot.com, the online directory service.
Vivendi has already increased its stake in Scoot from 11.5% to 22.4% in July. Reports say that it now plans to make an offer for the remaining shares or increase its stake and make an offer for the rest of the company later.
