The Scottish tourism body is planning online and offline activity in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden, to generate visits to its website.
According to its tender, it is considering appointing a separate agency for its CRM activity but is also interested in hearing from agencies that can provide the whole range of online, advertising and CRM services. Its creative budget is unspecified.
It is also looking for a pan-European media agency with specific online expertise to handle its £2m spend.
