The European virtual motor show will take place on a dedicated online channel on The Telegraph's website, and will follow the format of last year's inaugural event, offering visitors content, video and competitions from some of the biggest companies in the automotive industry.
The festival will also offer its audience online networking lounges, virtual test drives and expert advice for those looking to buy a new car.
On the final day of the show, The Telegraph Motoring Awards will be held at Somerset House. Voted for by Telegraph readers, the awards will consist of eight categories including ‘Car of the Year’.
The festival’s associate partnership with the Goodwood Moving Motor Show creates a connection between both the digital and real worlds, with the virtual show driving interest to Goodwood’s show taking place on 26 June.
Erin Baker, managing director of motoring, TMG, said: "Following the success of the inaugural event last year and the launch of our Telegraph Cars channel last month, we are thrilled to be confirming our second virtual Festival of Motoring.
"With the support of Goodwood, The Telegraph’s commitment to and investment in the motoring industry is clear and we are very much looking forward to the festival next month offering our audience another innovative, live and interactive event."
Lord March, Goodwood owner, added the ability to investigate a car at the Festival of Motoring and then come along and try it for real at the Moving Motor Show "makes this an association that should benefit car buyers across the country".
