The promotion will run from November 7-11 during the 'Martin Collins Drivetime Show' for a week, with pre-promotion trails running this week.
Listeners will be given the chance to call in to the show to win tickets, flights and accomodation to Oasis concerts in Dublin whenever they hear two of the band's tracks played back-to-back.
On the last day of the promotion, Collins will have all five winners' mobile phone numbers in front of him and choose one person at random who will get the chance to see Oasis live in Tokyo, all expenses paid.
The campaign ties in with the six-figure deal that the rock stars have signed with Toshiba to support the launch of the new handset.
As part of the endorsement, Toshiba is sponsoring the Gallagher brothers' European pre-Christmas tour dates and providing exclusive Oasis audio and video material, which will be available free with the phone.
Virgin Radio, which plays music ranging from U2 to Coldplay, says that according to research from TGI, its listeners are the "early adopters" and 19% more likely than the rest of the nation to keep up with new developments in technology and 31% more likely to love buying new gadgets.
Nick Hewat, sales director at Virgin Radio, said: "By developing a customised promotion with the client that ties in with its Oasis sponsorship, we're ensuring that our audience will be listening hard to the trails and competitions every day and the Toshiba TS803 will be at the front of their minds."
