Created by Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, the latest execution shows a swanky nightclub's po-faced toilet attendant taking service levels to a new extreme by literally providing a hands-on service to VIP members.
The clip, which has been seeded, planned and tracked by , will then direct people towards a dedicated where more information is given about Virgin Mobile services, and other clips -- including the notorious Busta Rhymes spot where he flushes himself down the toilet in a plane.
Virgin Mobile now has more than 4m customers and has been named Best Pre-Pay Package and Best Customer Service at the Mobile Choice Consumer Awards, as well as Complaints Team of the Year at the National Customer Service Awards.
James Kydd, brand director for Virgin Mobile, said: "This seventh release in our successful series of online viral campaigns with DMC carries on our strategy of providing online viral users with exclusive, entertaining material in order to reinforce and continue to widen our brand awareness."
The most recent TV campaign shows the singer Christina Aguilera captured in what appears to be a compromising position as she bounces up and down on a chair in an office, causing a media incident.
