Haines will take responsibility for all Vinopolis enterprises including the wine tour, restaurants, retail outlets and event spaces.
The position was being filled by Simon Wood, chairman of Vinum – the company that manages and caters for Vinopolis’ restaurants Cantina, Brew Wharf and Wine Wharf –

Haines has previously held senior commercial roles at TUI Travel and Mint Hotel Group.
