Brunt joins Vibrandt with more than 16 years' design and advertising experience in consumer and business-to-business markets.
At branding consultants Coley Porter Bell, Brunt was business director and was responsible for building long-term strategic relationships with major clients including GlaxoSmithKline and Unilever Bestfoods.
Prior to Coley Porter she has previously held positions at EMO Group and Blue Marlin, where she worked on high-profile brands from Mini to Kodak.
At Vibrandt Brunt will work on enhancing the brand design process. She joins a growing Vibrandt planning team led by planning director Jayne Lilly and she will also work closely with Andrew Collins, another brand planner.
Simon Gore, general manager at Vibrandt, said: "Sharon has been appointed to a key role which will help us to develop more exploratory and innovative approaches to take our involvement in our client projects 'upstream'. Overall, she will help position Vibrandt as an essential brand partner to major brand owners in the UK, Europe and beyond."
Windsor-based Vibrandt was created in 2001 through the merger of The Sandom Partnership and Graphique. Clients include Unilever, Quaker Oats, Kraft Foods Europe, General Mills, Nestle Purina and British Bakeries.
Together with Impackt, The Brand Communications Agency and Distillery, Vibrandt is part of the Sandom Group.
