The 'Disco Distillation', part of the brand's Vestal Voyages experiences, claims to be the world's first floating distillery, and will be held aboard Vestal's 50-foot-long canal boat, called Disco Volante.
Each experience lasts for two hours, where guests will sail down the Grand Union Canal in London and create their own unique spirits to enjoy on board and to take home.
A statement on Vestal's Facebook page said: "We at Vestal believe that gin is just flavoured vodka, and to prove it, we're inviting you to use an unfiltered Vestal vodka base to produce a one-off gin, never to be repeated."
The first trip will take place on 1 September and will be hosted by Gin Monkey, with five voyages taking place four days a week, on boats holding between six and ten people. Vestal Voyages also runs the Vestal Vodka pop-up drink experience.
