At full-service digital agency Profero Allen was head producer. She worked on campaigns including the COI's anti-drugs push "Ask Frank" and "Child Protection", which was recently awarded Silver at Cannes.
Prior to that, Allen was at WCRS and has more than 10 years' experience in the industry.
Tom Hopkins, VCCP digital managing director, said: "She's a formidable force in getting jobs done to time and to budget, and will make a made a major difference to how we work."
Allen will head up a team of four, working on clients including ING, Hyundai, MSN and Coca-Cola.
She will also be responsible for increasing digital awareness and integration throughout VCCP and VCCP Digital.
Allen said: "There is a real buzz about the agency, which is focusing on getting its structures and processes right to deliver the right product for its clients. The opportunity to build proper integrated campaigns alongside a great agency like VCCP is truly exciting."
