The move will see Upper Street Events take on the sales, operations and marketing of the annual trade event.
Cedia is a trade body that hosts the Home Technology Event, which features innovations and technologies in home cinema, audio-visual solutions, lighting control and structural wiring.
The 2011 Home Technology Event will take place at Excel London from 20-23 June.
"We firmly believe that face-to-face events complement technology-rich marketing channels, and we certainly see potential for growth for the Home Technology Event," said Upper Street commercial director Dan Holmes.
