Crawford will work alongside the founder of the company Tim Lewis and creative director Brian Eagle to give clients senior level support.
Before joining Unreal, Crawford was head of marketing at CACI, the consumer and market analysis company. She previously has 17 years working in marketing on the client side.
Since the agency was launched in 1995, Unreal has won awards such as the D&AD Yellow Pencil and a Marketing award last year.

Unreal employs 14 people and is located in central London. The group's client base includes Argos, the Greater London Authority, BBC, Budget Rentals, Time Warner Book Group, Everards Brewery and Dunlop Haywoods.
