The three-year extension means the Concerto Group firm will have the opportunity to extend the summer 2012 season into the London 2012 period, for an exclusive sponsor, National Olympic Committee or corporate.
The Ultimate Experience MD Stephen Lawrence said: "We have been delivering events in The Artillery Garden for more than 20 years and this project remains at the very heart of our City venue portfolio, so we are delighted to have a further three years to deliver high profile hospitality, fund raising and staff entertainment events in this unique space."
HAC CEO Digby O’Lone added: "The HAC has found that The Ultimate Experience have been excellent custodians of the HAC’s Artillery Garden, on which they have delivered a series of high quality functions for their clients.
