During the past eight years Beard has been instrumental in the company's success.
In her new role she will be working closely with the company's managing director Stephen Lawrence developing commmercial opportunities and overseeing the firm's marketing programme, as well as continuing to manage her client portfolio.
Beard said: "I am very excited to have this opportunity to work on some new and exciting projects we have planned for 2011, which include a number of Olympic related projects, a winter run of events at Roundhouse and other new venue opportunities.
Lawrence added: "I am delighted to have such an experienced and professional colleague supporting me in this role and am very confident that it will ensure the continued development of the business."
