LONDON - TV Licensing has developed a direct marketing initiative to educate students about the need to buy a licence if they have a TV set at college.

TV Licence work targets students through Proximity

The campaign, by Proximity London, breaks later this month, using the message "Work it out for yourself".

It tells students that they should make informed decisions based on the facts about the consequences of not having a licence.

It will comprise inserts in UCAS packs, halls of residence welcome packs, posters and application forms in student rooms. Door-drops, online work and mail packs will supplement the activity.
