The three venues are joining forces for the first time to celebrate the completion of work to part-pedestrianise the road which runs between them.
The £28m project aims improve access to museums, which receive 20 million tourist visits each year, through the introduction of large pedestrian zones and a 20mph speed limit for vehicles.
A kerb-free single surface designed by Dixon Jones Architects will run the length and width of the road and there will be no barriers.
Guests at the party will be divided into three groups and will visit each venue in turn. Rocket Food will cater at the Natural History Museum party, Bubble Food at the Science Museum and Moving Venue at the V&A.
