Email4Property, which was founded in 2001, uses more than 2,000 localised property websites, which connects prospective buyers with local estate agents and property owners.
Trinity Mirror says Email4Property has the potential for significant future growth, and will benefit from its promotional strength across its various media platforms.
The group bought SmartNewHomes.com from Smart Media Services for £11.3m in July last year. It has also acquired a number of digital recruitment businesses, including HotGroup, GAAPweb and SecsintheCity, as well as launching more than 20 localised motor, recruitment and community websites.
Matt Brittin, director of strategy and digital for Trinity Mirror, said: "This business makes a great addition to our portfolio.
"It provides a distinctive service to consumers looking for property and supports local estate agents with online marketing and hot leads in the shape of prospective buyers and occupiers, all at local level."
