The Brand Warriors campaign has been developed by the company in a bid to hand-pick new employees and train existing ones so they fit with specific brands.
The candidates will attend Tribalism, the business’ intense bootcamp, to help Tribe establish those with the fighting spirit and skills required for the Brand Warrior positions.
Chandelle Downs, field director at Tribe, said: "Although many agencies recruit staff only from online applications and telephone interviews, we believe that the crucial face-to-face insight, which we pick up from meetings, combined with psychological testing, is essential to finding the very best people.
"We want people who are passionate about the brands they are fighting for. They need to live and breathe the values and understand what their brand stands for. It’s about total immersion and belief and it’s the essence of what makes a Brand Warrior totally unique and different from the softer, brand ambassador."
