The company, which specialises in marketing services for the retail, finance and property industries, said Partiger would be responsible for providing analysis consultancy and data planning for its clients, which include Vue Entertainment, Norwich Union and Transform Medical.
He joins from DM Results, the former analytics division of Wegener DM, where he oversaw the building of marketing databases for B2B telecoms and holiday company clients.
Prior to joining DM Results, Partiger was a project manager at Which? for three years, where he oversaw business analysis and sales forecasting for the business.
