LONDON - Transport for London has licensed the launch of an iPhone app to help consumers using the London Underground.
TubePro tells travellers exactly which Tube carriage to board to ensure they arrive at their destination station next to the exit. It shows an overview of the platform, with a yellow line to denote the carriage nearest the exit.
The app does not need a wi-fi or GPS connection, and contains the latest data for the Tube, British Rail, DLR and London Tram lines.
The product is available at the iPhone/iPod App Store, priced £1.19.
