The UK online dating scene has grown exponentially this year, with companies including Conde Nast and Times Online adding dating services to their sites including and Encounters. is set to launch its dating website this month.
According to Hitwise, 31% of visitors to dating websites are from London and the South East, and Sunday is the most popular day for logging on.
