Paul Graham, the founder of Anomaly in the UK, has quit the agency. His departure follows the appointment last November of Ben Moore, the former Sony and Nike marketer, as a partner at the agency. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Initiative, the Interpublic media agency, has appointed Kristian Bright, business director at Mindshare, as performance director, replacing Tristan Bentall who moved to Australia at the end of 2012. ()

Samsung corporate marketing director Andrew Garrihy is leaving the company after his role was scrapped as part of a "change in strategic direction" at the brand. ()

Fiona Dallanegra, former fashion editor of Vice Media Group's i-D magazine, will return in April as its new publisher. () 

Bauer Media has hired Mark Hardy, a senior strategic director at Sony Music, in the new role of group digital director for its London lifestyle and radio brands. () 

Laurie Benson, the EMEA director at Bloomberg Businessweek, Bloomberg Markets and Bloomberg Pursuits, has resigned to start a business advisory company. (

Thinkbox, the commercial TV marketing body, has hired Leila Travis, currently head of TV at Total Media, as its head of planning, while Zoe Fuller is returning from maternity leave to the new role of head of industry programmes. ()

Nick Jones, the Government's head of digital communications, is departing for a senior digital role at Visa Europe. () 

Eurocopter has appointed Scott Hailstone for a new top PR role to help drive its comms efforts amid a Civil Aviation Authority ban on its EC225 Super Puma helicopters following North Sea ditching incidents last year. () 

Kreab Gavin Anderson has hired FTI Consulting's Marc Cohen as a director in its London office. () 

Weber Shandwick has hired Simon Rothwell from Good Relations Group as a director in its UK technology practice. ()

Susie Tempest, head of PR and communications at travel comms agency Hills Balfour, will leave next month after 10 years in the sector. ()

Alice Hunt, director of comms for Pearson International has left to head up Join In, a charity driving post-Olympics volunteering. ()
