Four members of the Euro RSCG European management team, who quit the network in April, have revealed plans for a start-up. The quartet consists of Sander Volten, the former Euro RSCG managing director of digital for Europe; Sicco Beerda, the former creative director of Euro RSCG Netherlands; Bram de Rooij, the former global digital creative director for Volvo, and Eric Ytsma, Euro RSCG Amsterdam's former strategy director. Everything Everywhere's chief executive Tom Alexander is leaving the company on 31 August and will be replaced by Olaf Swantee, France Telecom-Orange vice-president of European activities and sourcing . According to the company, Alexander has resigned for personal reasons and to pursue other interests. ()
Helen Page, managing director for marketing and innovation, UK retail, at RBS, is expected to leave the bank. Page, who oversees marketing across the RBS and NatWest brands, is understood to be in discussions over a possible departure. ()
Starbucks is parting company with UK and Ireland managing director Darcy Wilson-Rymer, who will leave the business in September after four years. Wilson-Rymer is to be replaced by current US executive Kris Engskov, who will become managing director for UK and Ireland and senior vice-president. ()
Trinity Mirror digital marketing director Paul Hood is to leave the company after four years, as the newspaper undergoes a restructure of its digital operations, undertaken by Chris Ellis, managing director of the digital division. As part of the overhaul there are new roles for James Kaye, Shana Hills, Kristiaan Kroon, Steve Anglesey, Ben Rankin, Isabel Mohan, Rachael Wheeler, Ann Gripper and Dave Tarbox. ()

Microsoft has appointed Andy Hart, a former MD of Associated Northcliffe Digital, to head up its new advertising and online (A&O) division in the UK, following its recent global reorganisation. ()
Absolute Radio has promoted head of agency sales Remy Kirk to the position of advertising director, ahead of the impending departure of Paul Carolan to outdoor media owner JCDecaux. She will work alongside head of digital sales James Wigley and branded content director Louise Simkins, and will report to Chris Goldson, Absolute Radio commercial director. ()
Ella Dolphin, the publisher of Bauer Media title Grazia, is to join Cosmopolitan as publishing director. Cosmopolitan owner The National Magazine Company has been without a permanent publisher for its monthly glossy since the departure of Justine Southall in December. ()
