Parking company NCP has signed up as a national sponsor. The event has also finalised agreements with Toyota, Xerox and the Trafford Centre. Each of the deals was brokered by sports marketing agency Fast Track.
The NCP will use the event to promote its new Green Badge parking scheme, which offers a 25% discount on annual season tickets for cars meeting a low-emissions criterion. Toyota is now the Official Car of the FINA World Swimming Championships, while Xerox is an official supplier. It will provide event printers, copiers and paper.
The event, which is the first FINA World Swimming Championships to be staged in the UK, begins on 9 April at the MEN Arena. It now has a record 15 brand partners.
