Toy Story 3 delivers the goods for Sky

Sky Broadband has secured nine million cinema impacts in the month of July from showing against 'Toy Story 3' in cinemas, according to estimated figures from Digital Cinema Media.

The 60 second Sky Broadband spot, called 'Princess and the Pea', features a beautiful European princess demanding that her prince sort out his broadband connection if she is going to stay with him.

The ad occupies the first place in the ad reel which is shown ahead of the film, otherwise known as the ‘gold spot’.

'Princess and the Pea' was created by WCRS with media planned and bought by Mediacom.

Toy Story 3 is now the biggest animated feature of all time in the UK. The top three films in July, ‘Toy Story 3’, ‘Twilight: Eclipse’ and ‘Shrek Forever After’ grossed a combined box office of £94.4m.
