The campaign includes a full-page colour ad to be run in each of the five match day programmes created by Grey London, and television ads created by Wybin TBWA in Sydney, which will air live on Channel 4 during the Ashes.
The TV ads featuring Australian cricket commentator Benaud, show him visiting different spots around Australia including a beach surrounded by bronzed beauties, where he says 'Super shot that' as he takes a photo and 'Marvellous' as a group of camels race by.
The games kick off at Lords on July 21 to July 25, the second test is being held at Edgbaston from August 4 to August 8, the third test at Old Trafford from August 11-15, the fourth test at Trent Bridge from August 25-29 and the fifth test at the Oval from September 8-12.
Emma Bradley, marketing director of Tourism Australia, said: "Cricket is a serious business in the UK and millions of viewers will tune in to watch the big matches played between England and Australia.
"This campaign targets the British public with stunning imagery of Australia presented in an amusing and irreverent way, reaching them at a time when the destination is already top of mind."
MediaCom in London planned the media for the campaign.
