Credit-crunched consumers lusting after Lanvin will be able to hire the designer dresses from TopShop's flagship Oxford Circus store in London from 26 November until 6 December.

The dresses have been donated by celebrities including, Peaches Geldoff and Erin O'Connor. Designers such as Herve Leger, Dolce & Gabbana and Zac Posen's dresses will be included in the hire range.

Additionally Christopher Kane - who recently designed a sell-out range for Top Shop will be creating a one off piece for the collection. The dresses will cost between £30 and £50 to hire.

The hire fees for the dresses will go to Age Concern and Help the Aged. The entire collection will then be auctioned off in aid of the charity after the hire shop closes on December 6.
