TNS offers web-based online research tool

LONDON - Market research company TNS has launched a live and interactive video research platform for advertisers to test concepts with their target audiences.

On TNSInsightTvLive, respondents can see a survey moderator via a real-time video link, enabling surveys to take account of visual responses to the concepts presented.

TNS claims that unlike static text and image-based surveys, the platform can engage and entertain respondents more effectively, and enable a wide global reach for testing campaigns without travel costs.

The platform is offered for different stages of a product's lifecycle, from new product development through to positioning and brand and ad research.
