TLRC has been majority-owned by UKRD since May, when it comprised 20 stations. The new management has sold six stations and closed one so far.

Late yesterday (22 September) a statement was issued to the City saying that trading in the company's ordinary shares will cease from 7am on 30 September.

TLRC needed the agreement of 75% of its shareholders to delist, and in August, William Rogers, chief executive of TLRC, said he believed it would have "well over" 90%.

Rogers said he would rather use funds to invest in the business than maintain advisers and auditors and issue announcements.
