Times Online links with BT for CRM guide

Times Online has teamed up with BT to provide its business audience with a guide to customer relationship management.

The CRM Special (www.timesonline.co.uk/crm) is being backed by a co-branded ad push across the site in a deal brokered on behalf of BT by i-level.

The eight-part series begins by explaining CRM's role and moves on to define what is needed to implement it successfully and how best to integrate a CRM programme with existing technology.

Weekly instalments cover case studies, interviews with key industry figures and a look ahead to how future technology can take CRM to a new level for businesses.
