Chris Wright, Jamie Calder and James Shelley have joined the group as account managers. They will work with a range of exhibitions and events from SO Group’s portfolio.
Wright will be working from So Group’s Manchester offices, bringing experience in a national events role managing Davis Cup Tennis, World Netball Series and National Squash Championships among others.
Calder previously worked for Stanco and left the exhibition contractor in 2009 to try his hand at scuba diving. He returned to the industry in 2011, joining event IT specialist Eforce. Shelley has a background in the exhibitions industry and has worked for P&O Exhibitions and Opex in the past.
SO Group recently launched which is says will deliver events "outside of the typical exhibitions arena" in both the UK and Europe.
