Thinkdata and Apteco link up for Faststats partnership

LONDON - Data management company Thinkdata has partnered with Apteco to integrate the company's marketing analysis tool FastStats in order to further enhance its offering to clients.

The addition of FastStats, which is already integrated into several customer and prospecting client databases, to Thinkdata's services is designed to allow clients to have direct access to the cleaned and consolidated data from their desktop.

FastStats provides clients with the ability to quickly make various data selections, to chart them and to profile and analyse the data and reduce the amount of time that data tasks take from hours to minutes.

It makes available a range of features to the user including rapid counts across millions of records, selections, cross-tabs, charts, profiling, response analysis, mapping and a number of other sophisticated tools, which allows users to make informed marketing decisions quickly and with full access to all their data.

David Beardmore, sales director at Thinkdata, said: "Our use of sophisticated internal applications has been developed over many years and provides clients with the most accurate and clean view of their customers. This exciting new partnership gives our clients direct access to their data from a powerful and feature-rich desktop application."

James Alty, managing director of Apteco, said: "We are confident we can add significant value to Thinkdata's existing services and expertise by integrating our FastStats technology into the solutions they offer.

"We have recently released FastStats Discoverer which encapsulates all the techniques we have developed in over 10 years' working on marketing data analysis in a new and highly visual interface."

Thinkdata works with a wide variety of organisations in sectors including financial services, mail order, travel and leisure, retail and publishing.
