Research groups can be a difficult bunch at the best of times. But when the participants are all cats and dogs, you're just asking for trouble.

Tesco Bank undertakes that challenge to show its dedication to providing pets with the best insurance, in a new film that launched on social media this week. A research moderator played by George Lewis corrals a group of cats and dogs, with hilarious results. The video has received more than 1.5 million views and over 16,000 likes on Facebook since Monday.

The film was created by Stuart Royall, Neil Shanlin and Jimmy Hunter at BBH London, with direction by Sam Washington through Black Sheep Studios.
