Tequila wins two-way pitch for Baxi Potterton's CRM

LONDON – Baxi Potterton, the central heating and hot water installer, has hired Tequila\Manchester to create a customer relationship marketing and loyalty programme following a two-way pitch.

Baxi Potterton decided it needed a specialist agency on board and Tequila will help build more relationships in the installer segment of the market.

The agency is also developing a number of promotional campaigns that will be brought to the market from September.

Karen Hall, group account director at Tequila\Manchester, said: "Baxi Potterton is committed to pursuing intelligent CRM and loyalty strategies and they very much liked what they heard from us. We're looking forward to testing various approaches."

Tequila\Manchester's other clients include Cussons, Nissan and International Paper.
