
From today (10 January), Rand will be working closely with a number of TMG’s key media agencies, and will report to Nick Hewat, group sales director.
It follows Wilcox joining The Times as trading manager in November 2010.
Rand was associate director at OMD for five years before joining Press Holdings Magazines in 2007, where he held the position of agency sales director for The Spectator.
Hewat said: "We are thrilled Stephen is joining us. With his agency experience in particular, he adds another perspective to our sales proposition."
