Seminars on building online communities online, social media, and utilising technology to register and manage delegates will feature in the event technology theatre at next year’s show, which takes on 11 - 12 February.

The production area will offer delegates advice on the day-to-day organising of a live event, starting with evaluating tenders and deciding on naming rights, through to taster workshops on producing site plans and build schedules, writing production briefs and compiling safety files.

Richard Vincent of Jack Morton Worldwide, Jim King of AEG Live and Chris Johnson from the Green Festival Alliance will also be speaking.

Donna Bushell, event director of the Event Production Show, said: "As the live events industry is continually evolving, our mix of speakers and topics has been created to reflect the varied ways events are produced and hopefully act as informative, inspirational and interactive sessions for all attendees."
