
The garden has been installed at Japanese restaurant Aqua Kyoto on Regent Street. The partnership between Rebel Rebel and Tanqueray Ten is the first within the 'Perfect Ten' series, a campaign celebrating the craftsmen behind some of the UK’s most innovative and leading luxury brands and their constant strive for perfection.
An exclusive menu of seven special Tanqueray No. Ten and Cîroc cocktails will mirror the botanical elements of the garden, whilst Aqua Kyoto’s head chef Paul Greening is continuing the celebration of Japanese culture with a seasonal menu for the restaurant in September.
Tanqueray No. Ten brand ambassador Tim Homewood has worked with Aqua Kyoto bars manager Nico Peratinos to develop an exclusive cocktail menu. The recurrent theme throughout the menu is the use of unique botanical inspired flavours as the base for the drinks.
Featured cocktails include Umeshu Negroni, a barrel-aged Negroni infused with bambook leaves combined with Tanqueray No. Ten and plum sake, Aperol, absinthe and cherry wine and Shiso Leaves, which mixes two shiso leaves with Tanqueray No. Ten, pear sake, passion fruit, lime and matcha green tea syrup.
The Hanging Gardens will be in place until the end of September and is open seven days a week.
