Tango "argh!" by Bartle Bogle Hegarty

The soft-drinks brand Tango has returned to TV advertising after a five-year hiatus with the "argh!" campaign. Three 30-second ads aim to introduce a new generation of consumers to the Britvic-owned brand and highlight Tango’s intensity by showing those drinking it turning into raging hulks. The spots were given a high-profile launch, first airing during the final of Britain’s Got Talent on 8 June. The campaign, which was created by Bartle Bogle Hegarty, also includes tie-ups with The Sun and the radio station Kiss, as well as online banner ads. It was created by Gary McCreadie and Wesley Hawes, and directed by Tim Godsall through Biscuit Filmworks. Post-production was handled by The Mill, with audio post-production by Factory Studios.
