TalkTalk "This stuff matters" by CHI & Partners

TalkTalk installed cameras in a family home for its reality TV-inspired campaign purporting to offer a "candid glimpse into how modern families live".

For two weeks, a crew filmed parents Julie and Paul, their four children, niece and the family dog to capture everyday moments such as TV dinners and texting boyfriends. The campaign comes as TalkTalk tries to rebuild trust among customers less than a year after it suffered a major data breach. It is also in the process of moving all of its customers to new contracts. The films were directed by Tom Tagholm, who shot the Cannes Grand Prix-winning "Meet the superhumans" ad for Channel 4’s coverage of the 2012 Paralympics.
