Gooding worked as a creative at OgilvyOne on its highest profile digital account, IBM Grandslam, as well as on accounts such as BT, Cancer Research and Unilever.
Before that he was digital art director at Leo Burnett and a creative at Clark McKay Walpole, where he led digital for Porsche, Flybe, Renault and Transport for London. He has also spent time as a self-employed animator and produced and directed TV and film title sequences at Liquid TV for broadcasters including the BBC, ITV and Channel 4.
Krzyanowski joins Syzygy from Sapient, where he was European head of insight and customer experience management (CEM) for two years. Before that, he headed CEM at Abbey Santander Bank and held planning roles at OgilvyOne and Chemistry.
Brown was most recently a board account director and head of new business at Craik Jones Watson Mitchell Voelkel, now part of Proximity, where he headed the agency's Diageo and Unilever teams. He began his career at Lowe Lintas, working on the launch of financial services brand Egg.
