The Viacom-owned TV network said the list of sponsors comprises high-profile brands such as Reebok, Visa, Coors, Sierra Mist/Pepsi, General Motors, Cingular Wireless and Masterfoods USA.
Each company's products will appear throughout the series and be used or worn by contestants throughout the new series, which kicks off on February 28.
The deal includes guaranteed exclusivity in their product category, and their logos will be included in all Survivor print advertising and product placement where appropriate.
Of the seven sponsors, five -- Cingular, GM, SierraMist/Pepsi, Reebok and Visa -- are returning advertisers.
CBS has used product placement in previous editions of Survivor as a way to boost the show's income and give advertisers greater exposure on the show. So far, a Pontiac Aztec and a Chevy Avalanche have been awarded as prizes for weekly challenges.
The show is being filmed on Nuka Hiva, the largest island in the Marquesas archipelago of French Polynesia.
