This week's expansion comes two months after its launch in the UK. It will now be aired on Spain's Bay Radio and Spectrum FM between 11am and 2pm Spanish time.
The show will be the same as the one aired in the UK, which has already attracted high-profile guests including David Cameron, Jack Straw, Terry Leahy and Boris Johnson.
News International has set itself a target of 150,000 listeners within its first year, but says it has immediate plans to launch in other countries.
Rival groups such as Telegraph Media Group, which has invested heavily in its Telegraph TV, and Guardian News & Media produce podcasts, but no other newspaper brand has an online-only radio station.
