The street food event will be held every Thursday night from 7 August for five weeks, showcasing products from Camden Lock’s Global Kitchen. Visitors will have the opportunity to sample international street food, cocktails and craft beer from BrewDog, while listening to live music, special secret gigs and DJs from a selection of up and coming local talent. Outdoor film providers Backyard Cinema are also part of the event.
Pongathon, a provider of ping-pong-based entertainment, will be returning to the Night Markets for a second time, with an array of table tennis tables suitable for all ages and all levels of expertise, with visitors challenged to take on the Pongbot robot and Pongathon experts, as well as challenge family and friends.
Outdoor cinema Backyard Cinema will also be showing films on an outdoor screen on Camden Lock Place. The first films were screened from 23 July and viewing will be available until 4 September, with a total of 20 films being shown, with a burger menu provided by Honest Burger.
