The activity will form part of the magazine's Reclaim Your Lunch Break Day, which is taking place across London. The occasion will consist of 14 events designed to get Stylist's demographic of professional females away from their desks between 12 and 2pm.

Pret will be offering guests the chance to create their own smoothies using its Blender Bikes, which will be located on Regent's Place. The Makery, located on retailer John Lewis' rooftop garden in the West End, will be hosting make-your-own knotted headband workshops.

Elsewhere, singer songwriter Gabrielle Aplin will be hosting a live gig at the headquarters of Ticketmaster. Coconut water brand Vita Coco will provide drinks, lunch will be available from Lunch Bxd, Itsu and Metcalfe Skinny meanwhile the Organic Treatment Company will provide massages and manicures.

Beauty brand Aveda is offering a range of complimentary treatments at its Lifestyle Salon & Spa in Covent Garden, while LinkedIn will host a workshop on improving profiles on the social network. Yoga, meditation and mindfulness workshops have also been organised as part of Reclaim Your Lunch Break Day.
