The site, developed by Bristol-based brand and visual communications consultancy Robson Dowry, has been specifically designed and honed for Unite's student accommodation offer.
The Love Living website offers key features such as city guides, top tips for student survival, competitions and invites students to share their experiences and even recommend good "things to do" in the local area.
The site allows students to browse the range of accommodation available, book online and get a feel for the atmosphere by taking a 360° virtual reality tour of the property of their choice.
Robson Dowry has worked closely with Unite over the past year to strategically review the student brand offering, undertaking research and a client workshop to evaluate the market and the competition.
One of the consultancy's major aims has been to develop an identity that appeals to the student audience and significantly differentiates Unite from its competitors in the student accommodation market.
Ros Keir, marketing manager at Unite, said: "Unite is the UK's first brand dedicated to student living. We are very excited to launch this new format website, which gives our customers an easier, quicker way to view and book our accommodation online, together with a more personal, relevant service. The design platform was created from a real partnership perspective between Robson Dowry and client skills and this will enable our in-house team to manage ongoing updates and to keep the content fresh."
