The show incorporates tattooing, art inspired by tattoos, car customisation and live entertainment, and hopes to attract around 5,000 people to its inaugural event.
It is divided into three sections: an art expo, tattoo expo and the custom carnage car competition.
A £1,000 prize will be offered to the best male and female tattoo artist working at the event, in the Batle of the Sexes tattoo expo. The Forever Art exhibition - launched in 2011 but now fused with Custom Carnage - will display work inspired by tattoo culture.
Prizes will also be given to the best customised cars, and driving stunt team Skard4life will perform two daring shows on a specially-built track.
Custom Carnage has also teamed up with online music platform ReverbNation to find unsigned bands to compete to headline the event, joining a line-up including punk, ska and rockabilly acts, burlesque dancers, fire-eaters and magicians.
Visitors can camp on site at the two-day event, where 600 tent pitches are available.
Steven Perkins, organiser of Custom Carnage said: "We've deliberately made the event family friendly, and are keen to appeal to both tattoo enthusiasts and those who simply want a fun day out. We are hoping to forge a long and successful relationship with Stoneleigh Park, and given their central location, are looking forward to welcoming exhibitors and visitors from across the UK."
